Primary documents

• The B Khata- This document is subject to violation of law under the property tax. This has a provision under section 108A that is under the Karnataka Municipal council Act. A separate register is maintained for such properties.
• Kata extract- This is the document where the measurement of the plot, size as well as the area will be mentioned.
